About...

Hi, my name is Jim Fostino and I'm a Real Estate agent working in partnership with Keller Williams Realty Professional Partners in Goodyear, AZ. On my business card (and my website) is the motto that I not only work by, but live by as well. The Platinum Rule: Treat Others as They Want to be Treated. Now, you may be thinking to yourself. "well that's the Golden Rule". But it's not. The difference between the two is this; the Golden Rule states that I treat you like I want to be treated; the Platinum Rule states that I treat you like YOU want to be treated.

Here are two examples: It might not bother me if I e-mail you a question and you don't get back to me for 2 days - but it may bother you. It may not bother me if you don't answer my questions as directly as I think you should - but it may bother you. Therefore, it is my goal to find out exactly how YOU want to be treated, how YOU expect to be treated. Knowing this is means everything. Knowing this will guarantee that each and everyone of the people who enlist my services will always feel like I've treated them with the utmost respect and care. Because I have... Treated Them as THEY Wanted to be Treated.

Before I became a Realtor I worked in the wholesale baking industry for many years. While I've always loved dabbling in real estate, it has only bee in the last few years that real estate has become my full time passion.

During my years as a manager in the wholesale baking industry I worked closely with the McDonalds Corp., the Burger King Corp., Wendy's and several other major restaurant chains. Their quality control standards were (and still are) extremely high and stringent. I learned many things dealing with these fast food restaurant giants, but I believe the lessons that taught and helped me the most were the lessons on 'attention to detail' and the true meaning of the phrase "the customer is always right". As was the case with all of these restaurant giants, lack of 'attention to detail' could lead to them to look for other suppliers. This lesson has served me well as a Realtor. To make sure that the 'customer is always right'; I found that I had to become and extremely good listener. If I didn't know exactly what my customers wanted, I couldn't give them what they wanted. This lesson has also served me extremely well as a Realtor. If I'm not a great listener, how can I possibly hope to help you get exactly what you want and need.

I am here to help you with all of your real estate needs. No matter what they are.

Please allow me the privilege - the opportunity - to earn your trust.

Jim Fostino
